1. Bookings and Payments
• After confirming your booking through our authorized representative staff and done through our official emails / website/ social media (WhatsApp) a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking must be made.
• Your adventure will be deemed confirmed once a deposit payment reaches our account, of which our designated travel consultant will inform you immediately.
• Full payment for your tour must be made 14 days before the scheduled commencement date, unless otherwise agreed with our consultant in writing. In any case, all of our travel packages should be fully prepaid.
• Timely payments are essential, as these funds will be used to cover hotel reservations and other tour-related expenses, which - in turn - tend to be fully prepaid in Tanzania. Failure to make timely payments without prior notification of - or arrangements with - our Company may result in our cancelling your booking. Any deposit made may be forfeited according to our cancellation policies.
• The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before confirming your booking.
2. Price Policy
• The Company is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a tour

3. Cancellation policy
Trip cancellations must be in writing to NEXT FOX ADVENTURE prior to the trip commencement. Your cancellation will be effected from the day NEXT FOX ADVENTURE acknowledges receipt of your cancellation notice.
3.1 Cancellation conditions
If you decide to cancel your trip with our company, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
• In 30 and more days before the scheduled start of your tour - we will apply a 20% cancellation penalty;
• In 15 days before the scheduled start of your tour - we will apply a 30% cancellation penalty;
• In 10 days before the scheduled start of your tour - we will apply a 50% cancellation penalty;
• In 5 days before the scheduled start of your tour - we will apply a 75% cancellation penalty
3.2. Cancellation by NEXT FOX ADVENTURE
• In the event that NEXT FOX ADVENTURE should have to cancel a trip, all deposits and installments will be refunded.
• If there is an unforeseen illness while in Tanzania before your safari begins, NEXT FOX ADVENTURE will consider the possibility of changing or adjusting your itinerary.
4. Responsibilities
4.1. Tour participant responsibility
As a tour participant it is your responsibility to:
• Complete the traveler information form and ensure that all information you give to NEXT FOX ADVENTURE is accurate.
• Inform NEXT FOX ADVENTURE of any changes to your booking immediately.
• Ensure that you behave in a responsible and reasonable manner and adhere to local laws and regulations.
4.2. NEXT FOX ADVENTURE responsibility
NEXT FOX ADVENTURE takes all reasonable steps and accepts reasonable responsibility for ensuring the trip is supplied as described in the daily planner issued prior to trip commencement. If any unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond NEXT FOX ADVENTURE control changes, NEXT FOX ADVENTURE reserves the right to amend itineraries and substitute to the best available alternative. NEXT FOX ADVENTURE acts only as agents for contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services and all contracts issued by NEXT FOX ADVENTURE are subject to the tariffs, terms and conditions under which
services are provided.
5. Complaints
For any complain please inform your trip guide or NEXT FOX ADVENTURE in question. Any verbal notification must be put in writing and given to our trip guide or NEXT FOX ADVENTURE as soon as possible. If any complaint or problem is not resolved to your satisfaction by the trip guide, please submit a letter of complaint to NEXT FOX ADVENTURE via email. NEXT FOX ADVENTURE will thoroughly investigate any complaints and report back to the correspondent.
